At Fluff N Paws, your satisfaction — and the happiness of your furry family members — is our top priority. We want you to shop with complete confidence, knowing we stand behind every product we sell.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items — the following cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us — Email us at admin@intellisharpsolutions.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization — Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item — Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Please note: Do not send items back without talking with our support. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (wrong item sent, defective product): We will cover all return shipping costs.
  • All other reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Fluff N Paws is not responsible for items lost during return shipment.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Partial refunds may be granted if the item shows minor signs of use or is missing non-essential accessories.
  • Rejected returns — items that do not meet our eligibility criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@intellisharpsolutions.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
